Waitlist privacy notice
Pre-release research, with a deliberately small data boundary.
This notice covers only the public ScalpelOps pre-release form, which is currently provided through Google Forms. It does not cover a future product account or professional document processing, which would require separate notices and consent.
This research list is intended for people aged 18 or older. Please do not submit a response if you are under 18.
What we collect
We collect the contact, country, specialty, career-stage, pathway, application-problem, alpha-interest and consent choices you submit. A WhatsApp number and marketing permission are optional and recorded separately.
The signup is provided through Google Forms and responses are stored in a linked Google Sheet. Loading or opening the form connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information such as your network address, device/browser data and referrer under its Privacy Policy. The ScalpelOps landing page does not copy your form answers into its own database.
Why we use it
- Measure whether doctors recognise the problem and which corridors need attention.
- Review possible interview and private-alpha candidates.
- Send optional product updates only when that separate choice is selected.
What the form must not contain
Do not submit CVs, certificates, passports, logbooks, registration identifiers, application documents, confidential employer material or patient-identifiable information. The free-text field should describe the administrative problem only.
Measurement
First-party landing-page analytics and the native ScalpelOps event journal are disabled on this deployment. Response totals and answers are read from Google Forms and the linked Sheet. ScalpelOps does not infer a completed signup merely because someone loaded or opened the form. No session replay or advertising tracker is configured on this site.
Retention and access
Waitlist records are scheduled for deletion at the earlier of 12 months after the last meaningful contact or 30 days after the pre-launch programme closes, unless you separately consent to move into a private alpha. A deletion is applied to both the Google Form response and the linked Sheet row.
Access is limited to the founder or an explicitly authorised operator who needs it for this programme. Applicant data is not sold to recruiters.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete the waitlist information linked to your email, or withdraw optional WhatsApp or marketing consent. Contact privacy@scalpelops.com. Identity may need to be confirmed before a request is completed. Applicable legal rights may vary by location.
Future changes
A material change to purpose, retention, recipients or professional-data handling requires a new version of this notice. Private-alpha document processing will not be introduced through silent expansion of this waitlist consent.
